President Donald Trump is headed to Michigan Wednesday, where he’s expected to use the site of a future autonomous and connected vehicle facility as a backdrop for reinstating a review of future vehicle emissions standards set by President Barack Obama’s administration before he left office.
On Wednesday afternoon, Trump will touch down at Detroit Metropolitan Airport and then head to the American Center for Mobility in Ypsilanti Township, where he’s expected to take a brief tour and partake in a roundtable with auto executives and local workers.
